The Dream Factory uses donated funds VERY carefully

There are over 30 chapters of The Dream Factory throughout the United States. The Rochester chapter fulfilled our first dream nearly 25 years ago. Each Dream Factory chapter is run completely by volunteers. The volunteer of both our local and national organization offer their time, talent and heart because this is what they choose to do, not because they are paid to do it.

Dr. Harvey is a Clinical Director for Special Olympics Opening Eyes vision screenings for the past 11 years.
